About the Product Manager Role
Our Product Manager is responsible for the entire product life-cycle, managing the entire roadmap and delivery by working cross-functionally with our team of engineers, designers, and salespeople to build the product to fit the needs of our customers. We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial PM who values efficiency, speed, and innovation to coherently drive product initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities
- Define a cohesive product roadmap that aligns with the overall business and product strategy
- Analyze and incorporate feedback from customers, businesses, and teams to design requirements, features, and precuts
- Become an internal voice and representative for the product and future risks
- Develop user stories and technical requirements for implementation by software engineers
- Optimize key features to achieve engagement goals
- Lead the delivery of new product features through discovery, definition, and delivery
- Document new features for implementation and release notesIdentify new opportunities to increase user growth and revenue
- Clarify product requirements and user stories for our off-shore engineering team to execute
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of product management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate with a wide range of team members and job functions
- Proven ability to deliver while balancing many priorities and a comfort with ambiguity
- Experience in B2C cross-platforms, including a mobile app, is a strong plus
- Tech-savvy with the ability to make sound business recommendations
- Extensive experience working with Jira
- Ability to work with off-shore software engineer team
- Technical understanding of platform-level components
- Demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations

About the Sales Development Representative Role
We are looking for someone competitive, ambitious, and driven, with a self-starter attitude who is motivated to initiate sales and close contracts. Your main responsibility will be to get meetings scheduled with prospective clients through calls and emails.
This is a full-time role, ($20/hr) plus commission ($50) on each confirmed product demo scheduled and ($500) on each closed contract, plus a bonus for hitting assigned Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
Your Responsibilities
Find ideal customer profiles that require cold outreach to identify new sales opportunities
- Hitting outreach activity metrics using different channels of communication such as phone calls, email, social media touches, direct mail, etc
- Work closely with Account Executives to facilitate a smooth hand-off from early qualification to close
- Lead qualification calls the determine which of our products is the best fit for the prospect
- Collect feedback from prospects/customers to pass to developers to make improve our products
- Work with peers and cross-functional partners to share standard methodologies and strategize roadblocks through daily interactions or team meetings
- Work with our COO on coaching, sales strategies and campaigns
- Share feedback and standard methodologies to the SDR team and sales organization
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
- At least 1 - 2 years' of relevant work experience
